Does anyone find it strange that powerrangers.com is still leading to the old Disney site. It would seem reasonable for the domain to be directed at a Saban Brands website by now. Even if it was just parked on Saban Brands. Is it possible that Disney still owns powerrangers.com?

I don't know if Disney still have the rights to Ninja Storm thur RPM. If they still do, we might see a new Disney movie featuring one or more of these teams. :)

I made that post before Saban Brands put up their own website. Powerranger.com has been in the possession of Saban Brands for awhile now. Saban Brands owns the rights to every season. Disney has no connection with PR anymore.

No, they don't have the rights to those series anymore.

They sold pretty much everything back to Saban. The only questionable aspect is the music but I would assume Disney included those in the deal since they can't do anything with any of that Power Rangers-specific music anymore, well at least in regards to the actual theme songs anyway.

I think the reason why powerrangers.com was stil directing to the old Disney site following them selling Power Rangers back to Saban is likely because it was 1. taking some time to transfer the domain and 2. perhaps Saban didn't want it directing to just a regular Saban site, they likely wanted it to redirect to their site as soon as they were ready with their own Power Rangers site. Too bad that it's still inaccurate with names.
