Who was the best female Ranger that wasn't Pink?

I am going to go with Tori.

Kira Ford. She was such a fun Ranger. She was intellegent and strong. She also wasn't afraid to be herself.

Trini was the best here. She was such an amazing Yellow Ranger. Plus she was wise beyond her years.

Taylor in Wild Force was pretty strong. She led the Rangers before Cole. And even after she showed off her leadershio abilities. She was the strongest female character next to Jen.

I would have to say Trini or Tori.

Gia all the way. She had a very unique personality and overshined the Pink Ranger that year.
