It's called Millenium City in supplemental material, it's supposed to be Silver Hills in 3000.

Time Force is still my favorite season. Wes's cameo in the Legendary War meant as much to me as Tommy's and TJ's. It is interesting when fans have to use supplemental material to learn something that could have easily been said in-show. How hard is it offhandedly mention the name of your city?

Well, it's not like the main city wasn't named. Silver Hills was still Silver Hills and called such. If there wasn't a Millenium City name rolling around, it would just be assumed the future city is Silver Hills of the year 3000.

I feel like it was a toy bio but I may be getting that wrong.
