Will there be any cameos ?

Will any old Ranger Actors come back for the new movie? Even if they are playing different roles ?

By all accounts there will be no cameos from former Rangers or any past cast member. For whatever reason they neglected to go that route or couldn't get former actors to appear. If they wanted some, they probably would have got someone. But it might be best to let the movie stand on its own.

Its a shame the old Rangers couldn't come back. If Amy Jo Johnson and JDF were in it, I might have a reason to care about this film. Even if it would probably still not be a true representation of MMPR.

Actually, I'm glad about that. Especially after seeing the teaser. I don't want the original cast associated with this movie. Its going to be a disgrace to the true MMPR.

I'm an MMPR purist too. But I am willing to give this a chance. Its nice to have MMPR back in at least name only. Hopefully it does well. It will be hard to top the original movie.

It is a shame no actors from the original have been brought back. If they do future movies, I wouldn't be surprised if there were cameos. Hopefully the new movie makes enough money for sequels.

Cameos can come off as forced to. So its not necessarily a bad thing that we aren't getting any. Especially since they are trying to introduce the new Rangers.

I don't think its realistic to expect this to be MMPR. And if they tried to recreate it most of you would probably still be unhappy. I am glad the movie is doing its own thing. Doing a more grounded take on the show is the way to go. Especially since the movie is supposed to be for adults too.

That's a shame that no fan favorites are returning for cameos. I wonder why that is?

Cameos can be overdone too. Its better they just focus on the new actors right now.

I wouldn't mind a few cameos. But the more important thing is to do a good movie that sells tickets.
