Its a big mistake that they aren't doing a Lightspeed Rescue movie instead or MMPR. LR is the best and only really notable season.

I think a Lightspeed Movie would be pretty boring actually. The series itself wasn't that good.

MMPR is the only way to go for a new movie. I don't think casual audiences will care for much else.

Lightspeed was a good series in the end. But using it to support a movie is not going to work. You don't see them making movies about Star Trek Deep Space Nine or Voyager.

Why would they? Its like asking Hasbro to do a transformers based on Robots In Disguise instead of G1.

Lightspeed Rescue just isn't the top choice for a movie. I don't see them straying fron MMPR much. Maybe we get a Space or Time Force Spinoff. Just because they have concepts that are diffeent enough from MMPR.

The moviesn didn't do very well and Power Rangers wasn't as popular. If Time Force did better than it actually would have had a movie. Since there was tentative plans for one that were even mentioned in the press release for the season.

Maybe Liongate would do a Lightspeed Rescue movie sometime in the future if their first Power Rangers movie is a hit. ;)

I think we would get a Time Force Movie before a Lightspeed one. And even thats not likely for anytime soon.

I hope Dana would lead in the new movie. It would make more sense since she has so much experience. I never understood why she didn't lead in the show.

Dana wasn't written strong enough to lead after the first eoisode. They should have wrote her as more than a generic Pink Rangers.

Lightspeed isn't a movie worthy concept. I don't think its really that memorable to the general public or even the regular fans.
