How we're Desponda and Despera Sisters?

Desponda was supposed to be Despera's sister. But Despera was created from Tyler's Steele's knowledge at the beginning of Season 2. Desponda wasn't even part of Grimlord's regular forces. So its doubtful she was created by the new powers. Its an interest logic gap.

The only thing I can think is maybe Grimlord created Desponda offscreen, and we just never saw her.

Then again that's part of the reason why I thought if thing had happened differently they should have had her in Season 1, and made her an exiled Rita or something.
