Board Layout Changes

Changed the forum layout to give the PR forums their own catagory. Since this is an PR Board. However Sailor Moon,Vr Troopers, Digimon, Super Sentai, and Kamen Rider continue to be big parts of this forum. And out pretty much a community within this community. This includes Jurrasic World but that sub forun is owned by Wolf Worrier.

I saw that you also split the VR Troopers section into VR Troopers, Fan fiction, and Metal Hero.

That's cool I just moved my own VR Troopers fanfic to the new section.
