I was thinking of what Saban Brands could do to get old VR Troopers reruns on the air. And it got me thinking about the Hasbro Network. The President there was a big advocate of PR in the day and we know that Hasbro Channel was supposedly in the running for Power Rangers ( before the deal with Nick).

So I am wondering if Saban could sell the VR Troopers reruns to Hasbro Network with the idea of getting exposure for the brand. Even it its just to promote a future DVD release. With some sort of new series being commissioned as a possibilty down the line.

I'm thinking if they do show it on TV it will probably be on some Nickelodeon channel.

But if they do partner with Hasbro then I hope Hasbro would make new VR Troopers action figures.

Also stop killing the English language.

Hasbro Network? Do you mean The Hub?

Yeah, thats what I meant sorry.

Actually, VR Troopers toys we're done by Kenner. Which pissed Bandai off. So any new toyline done outside of Bandai could damage Saban's relationship with Bandai.

Did Bandai do the Metalder, Shaider and Spielban toys? If so, that's another reason why they'd be pissed about not getting the VRT deal.

Does Bandai still have Metalder, Spielban, and Shaider toys or at least the molds?

If so they could go with Bandai.

Anyway the reason I brought up action figures is I remember having the first action figures for the Troopers plus Dark Heart, and the Turbo Tech version of JB but they weren't very articulate like I could move the arms, and legs up and down, and move the heads around but that was it.

I also want to see action figures based on the Battle Grid suits that are show accurate since the figures they did make (Ryan (http://a913.ac-images.myspacecdn.com/images01/97/l_0838fc7f2e99ec70aaa5d0d3acbf1f08.jpg), Kaitlin (http://a730.ac-images.myspacecdn.com/images01/90/l_e1fff74d6235a693f37647cfc6594929.jpg), JB (http://a349.ac-images.myspacecdn.com/images01/120/l_0c3630297eb28a80879438c60f02f254.jpg)) didn't look all that accurate to how they actually look like on the show (here (http://i1084.photobucket.com/albums/j409/yokaioh/VRTroopers_01_TheBattleBegins-Part1068_0001.jpg))

Other than that just the usual stuff: Grimlord, more monsters, more vehicles, Shaider stuff.

Why has JB got a green patch on his toy? It should be red. Kaitlin's is the worst of the three, her design is totally wrong.

As for Bandai's molds, the question isn't if they have them now, but did they have them in 1994.

That's what always bugged me about the action figures the only thing I can remotely think of is maybe the figures are based on the original concept art for the Battle Grid suits except these didn't come out until 1996 so they should have known what Kaitlin, and JB's battle grid suits looked like.

So I have no idea why that happened.

I did like the weapons they came with makes me wonder why they didn't have weapons in Battle Grid Mode on the show.
