At first I thought it was another lame attempt to make Tommy special. But I have to say they did a good job. The Tommy post White Light always annoyed me by how perfect he was. Plus the fact they over pushed him and had him hog the spotlight. Seeing a version of Tommy that was irredeemablely evil made for an interesting storyline. Its the most interesting thing they have done with Tommy since the main universe counterpart was Green Ranger.

It was interesting how he had the fused powers of the Green Coin and White coin.

The picture of him holding the helmet of Coinless Jason (after just killing him) was chilling. The fallen Ranger was the most sinister villains for sure.

I would say Lord Zedd is. Drakken doesn't impress me all that much. He is just an emo version of Tommy we will never see on screens. Besides that JDF commercial and rhe Hyper Force episode.

He is a very interesting villian. But one that really only works in a comic book.

I just can't into the comics..The storylines are too convoluted and not true to the source material. It reminds me of.the emo seasons.

I don't think they did enough to show us why this Tommy went so bad. The only difference being in his universe he ran from the Rangers rather then join. Then Rita convinced him to join her willingly. He needed more motivation to go so bad.

I agree , why would he rejoin Rita if he was scared to run away from even the Rangers. The normal PRU Tommy wouldn't have just turned bad so easily. There needed to be more motivation.

But he isn't our Tommy. Events may have happened similar up to Green With Evil in the coinless universe. But this Tommy was totally different in character. There was something about him that allowed him to be corrupted by Rita where out Tommy would not be.

Yeah it really is sad to see them use MMPR for this nonsense.
