I would have to say the ball of light, is pretty useless character.

The entire case is useless.

In power Rangers there are plenty of useless Characters. SPD isn't the only.

Sam however, Not only a character thats just there, but has less lines. But hey, If they were no Omega Ranger, Everyone would be like "WTF? Why no Dekabreak? FU Disney!"
