If Disney kept the rights and was still making PR, how do you think the Neo-Saban era seasons would've turned out and what would they be called?

Mr. CD pretty much stated the obvious: it really depends on the showrunner because Disney (the company) is not a single person in the same way Saban Entertainment and Saban Brands aren't.

The logical assumption was that Judd Lynn would continue to be the Showrunner since he finished off RPM but for all we know things might have fallen through and Disney would have hired another one of their writers whose resume includes direct to video Disney sequels and Episodes of Disney shows.

It's an interesting thought to bounce off of, how different would RPM be if it wasn't being made with the understanding that it was the final season? Guzelian himself said Disney told him to go ambitious and dark because he had nothing to lose. If Disney had RPM produced with the intention of further seasons RPM probably would not have the end of the world angle, Gem and Gemma as destructive child soldiers, multiple "character" deaths and Dr.K's backstory.

It seems obvious Disney is no longer in need of the franchise and it was for the best that it would return home to where the legacy began all those years ago.

Well if Lynn was in charge he probably would have tried to work under Disney standards but find a way to do an original storyline. Much like Doug and Ann did during NS and DT. I would have expected seasons like that. If it was a new showrunner than it may have been more of the same that Disney had been producing. But its hard to tell.

Now if RPM wasn't produced as the last season? I suppose Eddie would have still tried to be more original but Disney would have watched over the season more. So it may not have been so daring.

I think Samurai and Megaforce would have been the same type of seasons. I hope they wouldn't have cheapened out of "Legendary Battle".

I liked both eras of the show. I think PR would be just as good. Can't see how the newer seasons ould be that much different.

Man do I wish this happened. Disney's run on the show was amazing. They really knew how to make fun PR seasons. Plus their characters were the best. It would have been amazing for Samurai, Megaforce, and Dino Charge to have been produced by Disney.

I don't put much stock into the era thing. I just think of PR as PR. I like all of it regardless of who is in charge.

Then the show wouldn't be on. Disney cancelled Power Rangers. As much as I can't stand Disney PR, can't blame them for putting the show out of its misery.

True they did give us some great seasons but they just gave up on it and it obviously seemed appropriate as the 2000's were ending and it was time for Disney and the franchise to embark on new chapters. And I'm not just saying Frozen

Disney would have sold it or hung onto it in their vault until they had use for it again.

Disney was clearly done with Power Rangers post RPM. I don't think they were in any rush to bring it back beyond repackaging the reruns. They wouldn't have sold to Saban Brands if they had big plans for the franchise.

The more I think of it it becomes clear to me that the series would still be on hatius but I do think we would have had a movie made eventually. Probably part of the Marvel Movie Universe. I'm surprised Disney didn't just push the properttly over to marvel once they aquired that company.

Aside from Ninja Storm, DinoThunder, and RPM...The Disney era was pretty boring to me. I am glad they sold to Saban Brands.
