Adam's Lion was chest armor. His Frog was the legs, his Shogunzord was a leg if I recall correctly.
Tori's was a right arm.
Kira's was just chest armor and a helmet.
Bridge's was a leg and his Flyer appears to be legs but not feet.
Xander's Titan was the top half of the legs so none of their zords would've been able to configure into one even though it would've been cool.

The Zords would need some reformatting to make it work.

that they would but not too big of a re-format they would just need a body, a head and a left arm.
