Is Time force red ranger father blue SPD RANGER
 

Ok this is confusing me when he talk about his father was a red ranger. The power ranger outfit he wearing from time force but the year in SPD 2025 when time force timeline is 3000. How the hell he wearing time force ranger suit? The guy in the photo dont look like Wes. Did Wes stop being ranger ?

It was just a case of them using old props in SPD. The actor in the photo just used the Tine Force Red Costume. But it does make it plausible the SPD reversed engineered the TF powers or gained control of them to give to Sky's dad.
