Ok of FOREVER RED
 

How come in Forever Red The Zeo Rangers took all the credit for destroying the Machine EMPIRE? The Zeo RAngers defeated King Mondo in a final battle, Zedd and Rita blew them up, they were rebuilt and turned to sand by Zordon's wave.

How Did Serphentera Get there and whby did they say Zedd was defeated on the moon.

Those are all plot holes, obviously. It's even worse because that line was said by T.J. who was there to see that it wasn't true. The fact that the Machine Empire survived (and look like the BEETLEBORGS) shows how much thought was put into the episode. They must've think the audience wouldn't notice.

As regards how Serpentera got there, you could just assume that when Rita and Zedd returned in late Zeo, they did so in Serpentera and it was abandoned on the moon after they were humanised.

The Zeo Rangers themselves were technically responsible for driving King Mondo away from the Earth since they did defeat them. Yes they were rebuilt and were a part of the massive UAE assault but it wasn't something that the Rangers were aware of - they only knew about Rita, Zedd, Divatox and Astronema attacking.

No one knows in the case of Serpentera but presumably that's how they got back from the M-51 Galaxy but it ran out of power again and they didn't have the knowledge to repower it again so they just buried it there.

Yes I'm aware of what the original plot was. They were planning on them having a group of unknowns try to resurrect Dark Specter but it was something that Koichi rejected since he wanted to use robotic suits for the villains.

Amit used the fan film Scorpion Rain as the backstory for "Forever Red". In it Tommy and Kat face Serpenterra in Zeo Zord V. Surpenterra crashes on the moon.

I think sure they were just speaking in general about the Zeos defeating the Machine Empire in Zeo. Since they did. Even though they were finally defeated by Zordon's wave.

They were just talking about when the Zeos defeated Mondo at the end of Zeo. C2D didn't come up in the conversation.

They would have been a better off saying Zordon's Wave defeated the Machine Empire. It would have been easy to say quickly with no confusion.

Maybe the TJ in FR was actually Robot Ranger TJ? Who wasn't part of "Countdown To Destruction".
