Special actors yes but when you're a newbie to the role you don't have much choice. JDF wasn't cast to be in Super Megaforce he was asked to be in it and he told them what power he wanted which they allowed.

Tommy created Dino Ops with Hailey. Why couldn't he find a way to repower the Green Morpher afterwards? DinoThunder and Super megaforce were several years apart.

A lot of the other lost powers were restored in team ups. So why can't Tommy's?Especially if it were years after the fact.

I don't thonk the original powers could ever be permanently destroyed. Tommy had to come back woth the Dragonzord Powers or it would have been a waste.

LB was so hastily put together that I don't think they put much thought into it. Hyperforce probably just put more thought into it then they did.
