Well I figured that some of you, might have seen this character in Dekaranger.

We may have but that means nothing at all. That was Deka this is SPD. What happens in one does not dictate the events in the other.

There was a similar character in DarkRanger with a rooster like Commander from Outer Space. I doubt Cruger will step down permenatly. This Rooster character won't be a Ranger. It isn't a dumb question though, I could see how you could be confused.
