Yes it's very much possible but it would cost a lot of money by Toei in order to accomplish such a feat considering they're about to have 39 Sentai starting next year.

The only concern is whether the respective actors are still alive or not.
Goranger's Akaranger recently appeared during Gokaiger so he's still alive.

Would be cool. But dont think we will see it. Sentai has had a few reunion specials of its own. So we will probably get more stuff like that for anniversary years.
