Well it had been a good couple of years since they shot anything for metalder, so that doesnt seem very viable, with beetleborgs,they probably could have but it would have been a bit to costly.
Also power rangers popularity and money making made it an easy choice to get more footage made, beetleborgs nor troopers made anywhere near what pr did in terms of toy sales.
