Astroranger's board was originally known as just that, but was then renamed TTTP. It was originally an InsideTheWeb message board, but then they went defunct around either late 2000 or early 2001. It has been around since at least 1998, but I started going there in February 1999. I forgot what it changed to though, but it's not one of the formats that you usually see.

Cynthia Harrell used to run the Angel Grove Youth Center board. I'm not sure how long that has been around, but that also used the InsideTheWeb format up until it ended. Then it used either the vBulletin format or the EZBoard format.
