What did you all think of Ryan Mitchell, the Titanium Ranger? Cool? Cute? Underdeveloped? Think Carter should have been the Titanium Ranger?

My opinion... I didn't like Ryan at first, I usually don't like sixth rangers, but now he's second only to Justin, my all time fav. I still think he was a little underdeveloped though. Oh well, leaves more fun for fanfics. ^_^
