Red coloring means the player is unable to participate in the game due to injury.
(I) means he's ineligible to participate in the game due to being traded to another league, he'll be in a bold font.
A blue (S) means that it was decided that he cannot participate in the All Star Game due to starting on Sunday July 9 which is the last day of games before the game.
Orange coloring means that the player has been selected by MLB.
