Jason's behavor in "Forever Red"
Jason seemed different in "Forever Red". He seemed more arrogant and cocky. He came off like more of a bad ass. He also felt like more of a loner type.
Its been said that Amit intended for Jason have gone through hard times. He intended that he went punk. And that his friendship with Tommy had been strained. This makes Jason's behavior make more sense. Its not that Jason went bad. He did choose to help his old friend afterall. Its just that he seemed darker. |

Re: Jason's behavor in "Forever Red"
He was the leader of the Rangers until Tommy goes White. Then he gets shoved to the side like yesterday's garbage.
Then he gets the shot at being the all mighty Sixth Ranger and it nearly kills him. Then he gets kidnapped and turned evil, just like Tommy twice, but he doesn't get anything out of it. Of course his relationship with Tommy is strained he's just like him now and Tommy gets all the glory and babes plus he has enough pull with all Red Rangers to pull them together for a mission. |

It was a nice momment when Tommy and Jason shook hands. It showed two friends who drifited apart ( with life taking them in different directions) coming together for old times sake.

I saw it more of it as "watch your back, I'll show you who is number one."
