Which villain was more scary to you?

Beryl hands down. Rita was too goofy. Plus, Beryl actually succeeded in destorying the Moon Kingdom.

I thought Rita was scarier when I was a kid because she could make monsters grow.

I'd say Rita. Since the Rangers never really beat her. Beryl was defeated in the end.

I don't think either of them were scary. Beryl was just more devious. While Rita was more funny. Both were pretty dangerous. Since they had the power to destory the world.

Yeah niether of them were scary. It was just that Beryl was more serious while Rita was more funny.

Beryl for sure. She destoryed the Silver Mellenium and planned to it again with Earth. BERYL was clearly not someone you wanted to mess with. She frooze Jedite forever, juat because he failed her. Zoycite got killed for questioning her orders. Contrast this with Rita. When her minions failed they were juat hit in the head a few times.

Beryl was very scary. You could feel the fear in Usagi's eyes when she finally faces her in the original anime.
