Mesogog (wouldn't say he became good since he just split off)
Elsa (wouldn't say she became good on her own since it wasn't her choice)

Villamax (didn't quite become good since he was still willing to fight the Rangers he just didn't agree with hurting civilians any longer)
Diabolico (not sure I'd say he became good he just didn't want to follow Queen Bansheera any longer)
Nadira (became good due to civilian's pregnancy)
Kapri (became good)
Marah (became good)
Necrolai (became good)
Jarrod (became good)

I do think too many redemption archs can vrestly water things down. a

Odipus is better than Galavanax. I will give her that. She is no Astronema or Trakeena though.
