1. In the team up eps, why do they call it "Carranger v.s. Megaranger"?

2. Was Titanium Ranger from PR Lightspeed Rescue ever in GoGoV?

3. Were there any other suitless role calls besides Dairanger and Boukenger?

Titanium ranger was never in gogov, I only watched boukenger.

Every team-up movie has been called "Current Sentai Season vs. Past Sentai Season. And it was Megaranger vs. Caarranger, not the other way around. The next team-up was Gingaman vs. Megaranger - I have both movies.

If I remember correctly, I read that the definition of "vs" is different in Japan than it is here, because over there it means unity rather than a face-off.

The "vs" pretty much means "and" in this context.

SugarLiquid, your question about the Titanium Ranger.

GoGoV did not have a sixth ranger. The Demon Knight in GoGoV is just an ally and was only shown in the GoGoV movie and probably a couple time later in the series for an episode or 2.

Our Titanium Ranger in PRLR was an american made ranger.

You may also notice Titanium Ranger is based off the Turboranger suits.

I'd heard that in context, "VS" essentially means "meets" in this case. Take it with a grain of salt, though.
