Where do the OO Powers come from?
Sentinel Knight just tells Hartford what to do and months later Andrew created a whole new Ranger Team. Where did those powers come from?

Sentinel Knight made the powers from his essense, in lew of returning to physical form. The Sword of Excelesior later gsve him the power to go physical anyway. Hartford made the morphers and the tech to go with them.

They really should have kept Boukenger's premise with the team looking for precious. The powers would have been clearly meant to be man made. The original gem plot was unneeded and a waste of time. Don't even get me started about the Mack Robot plot.

Sentinel probably led Andrew to whatever their power source was. It was still pretty amazing that he made a Ranger team in several months.
