As for the synopsis: Well... it's a re-cap episode. In otherwords, if your new to the series, this episode is good to watch in order to catch up quickly with the plot.

I happen to like Kamen Rider Sting, although I am curious about why he declined to help Kit and Len. Can't wait for the next episode.

He declined because of his asthma. He knew he was a liability, and as a liability he knew he would cause them to fail.
